The initial focus of the Shadow of the Leader program is bringing this workshop to all pastoral conferences throughout the synod.
The second phase of the program will include a congregational workshop, closely aligned to but slightly modified from the current one. This will not be available before late 2026. Let us know if you’d like to host a test session to assist in development!
